B-Paws-itive Terms of Service
I (we) agree to hold B-Paws-itive Pet Dog Training, Angela K. Bubley, and this residence, its members, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, and the owner or lessor of the premises and any employees of the aforementioned parties, harmless from and against any and all claim for loss, damage, liability or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person, property (including loss of use) or thing by act of my dog, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from and against any and all claim for loss of my dog by disappearance, theft, death or otherwise, and from any claim for damage or injury to my dog, whether such loss, disappearance, theft death, damage or injury, be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of any of the aforementioned parties, or by any other cause or causes. I (we) assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from and against any and all loss, cost, damage, liability and expense (including legal fees) on account of or by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at anytime resulting therefrom, or damages to property (including loss of use), which may be sustained or claimed to be sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves), howsoever such injuries, death or damage to property may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or alleged to have been caused or arisen out of an act or omission, or by the negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees, agents, trainers or any other persons. I (we) shall at my (our) own cost and expense defend such claim, action or proceeding which may be commenced against any of the aforementioned parties.
I certify that I am the actual owner of the dog, or that I am the duty authorized agent of the actual owner whose name I entered below. I have read and understand all of the above statements and agree to be bound to the above "agreements". I agree to meet all of the financial requirements. Sorry, no refunds.
